This program recognizes the power of your personal and professional connections. When a qualified referral from your network or someone you've met who demonstrates interest in Envision Media services results in a signed client, you'll earn a Finder's Fee for helping us expand our brand and reach.

The Process: Guidelines for a Successful Referral
- Who is Eligible? All Envision Media employees, friends, family, contractors, business partners, and individuals are eligible to participate.
- What Counts as a Qualified Referral? A qualified referral must be a contact from a new account that is not already connected to Envision Media, who has the authority to make or influence a purchasing decision.
- Referral Submission Process: To ensure accuracy and timely follow-up, complete and submit the form through Envision Media's online referral form at referral.envisionmeia.us with the following information:
- The referral's full name, title, and associated business.
- A brief statement outlining the nature of your relationship with this person.
- Professional Approach: Please have a brief, personal conversation with your referral so they can expect a call from a member of the Envision Media team.
- Submission Review: Envision Media’s management team will evaluate the submitted referral details. If it meets the qualified referral requirements and they agree to a meeting, your referral is officially qualified. The final decision on whether a referral qualifies rests with the Envision Media management team to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the program.
- Finder's Fee Calculation: The Finder’s Fee will be 5% of the gross profit from the initial Purchase Order (PO). Gross profit is calculated by subtracting the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) from total revenue. The fee is payable upon project completion. If the client signs for one large project, the full fee is paid once that project is finished. If the initial PO includes multiple projects, the fee will be proportionally paid based on the value of each project as it is completed and closed.
- Finder's Fee Payment: Employees will receive this as a one-time payment through payroll, while non-employees will be paid via a 1099. All required tax documents must be submitted before payment.
- What Doesn't Count? We will not consider referrals from purchased lists, public directories, or contacts already known to Envision Media.
Program Status
This program serves as a tool for our growth. It is an intermittent initiative and may be temporarily paused or discontinued at any time, especially when our business development needs change or our new business pipeline is full. This allows us to direct our resources where they are most needed and ensures the program remains a special opportunity rather than a permanent fixture.
